We want to promote growth and overall wellness in our community by first changing the mentality of our youth. We want to instill in them the 1% model, making them feel empowered in their ability to create the reality they want for themselves through self confidence & entrepreneurship.

Like Ms. McLeod Bethune, we understand that in the current climate of our world, we have a responsibility as young black leaders to use our knowledge, talents, and platforms to act as fierce agents of change.
